Our company offers high quality products.  The preserves are produced with genuine ingredients: extra virgin olive oil for sauces and appetizers;  sugar and lemon juice for jams.  Our goal is to make known the rich heritage of typical products of our island of Sicily.  We faithfully re-propose authentic traditional recipes from Montelepre, the same ones that in peasant houses were handed down from mother to daughter as the most precious of inheritances.   We fully respond to the food safety demand for healthy and natural foods.  the raw materials come from local farms that do not use pesticides.   The processing of vegetables and fruit takes place during the day.  for the transformation and cooking process we respect the rules of the ancient recipe books.  For the last phase of processing (potting and pasteurization) we make use of the aid of modern technologies to guarantee the hygienic-sanitary parameters required by current laws. This semi-artisanal process makes it possible to obtain an excellent product without adding any type of dyes or preservatives
