Palermo cuisine. Panelle are rectangular fritter made with chickpea flour, water,

 salt and black pepper.

Cooking instructions:

from Frozen state into the vegetable oil pre-heated to 375-400 F, cook product

 4-5 minutes until product is golden brown.

Serving instructions:

Lay Several rectangles on plate or slice of bread, season them with salt, pepper and lemon juice for the perfection.
